I was struggling with the NCLEX style questions on our exams and would always second guess myself, but the practice questions in this book have really helped me learn the skill of picking the "best" answer. On my first test I got a 72 and on the second test I got a 90! I'm so glad I made this purchase and I highly recommended it to anyone who is struggling with the NCLEX style. Each chapter in this book has at least 40 questions and in the back there are rationales for every answer. Please don't hesitate!
