Corsair support has done an excellent job keeping me informed every step of the way as they processed my reimbursement and shipped the keyboard I selected. I am very pleased with my new system and feel like they went above and beyond to correct my RAM issue. I wish all companies had support this good!Upon receipt of the system it had stability issues. I ran the Corsair diagnostics and it reported bad RAM. I swapped the RAM out with some known good RAM I had on hand and the system became stable. I got the system set up and filed a support ticket with Corsair to get replacement RAM. Here is an excerpt from the reply I received:"It seems the RAM itself cannot be replaced as it's special RAM made specifically for the vengeance system and not the typical retail version of the RAM, so we would have to replace the entire system."Since I had already spent several hours setting up the system and was enjoying using it, I declined their offer of entire system replacement.
