It come with a special cooking bag that helps lock in all the juices so there is no need to add oil. Ingredients Salt, Herbs and Spices 13% (Paprika, Coriander, Black Pepper, Cumin, Oregano, Parsley, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cayenne Pepper), Corn Starch, Sugar, Tomato, WHEAT Flour, Onion (6%), Yeast Extract, Maltodextrin, Garlic, Thickener (Guar Gum), Smoked Bacon Fat, Citric Acid, Flavouring (with MILK), Jalapeno Pepper (0.5%), Vinegar, Colour (Paprika Extract), Lemon Juice, May contain traces of EGG, SOYA, CELERY and MUSTARD Directions Preparation: 1 Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan oven), Gas Mark 4.
