The first one arrived with: 1. No instructions of any kind; 2. Three out of the six loops that are used to tether the ghost down were frayed apart and unusable ( 2 out of the 3 on the hat and one out of 3 on the base of the body); 3. Motor wasn't working. Returned it to the dismay of my six year old granddaughter. The second one also had frayed loops and the motor was trying to work. We reassembled the motor so it worked well but without at least a balance of good loops, we couldn't tether it down. The granddaughter became very upset when we returned it. She was home when the third one arrived and just held her breath. The third one also had frayed loops but only two, one on top and one on bottom. I was going to return it just out of principle, but my daughter changed the location where it was going to go so it's more protected from the wind and we could better utilize the good loops. The frayed loops were not repairable and I was uneasy about sewing on new ones. The material of the ghost seems to be good quality, definitely not the same as the loops. So far we are very happy with the ghost and we've had several compliments on it as well as people wanting to know where we got it.
