We held a Lego Ninjago themed birthday party and needed ninja swords and masks for 30 kids. That can get expensive really fast. But at $17 for dozen, these were very affordable. The quality was just right. At about $1 each, you shouldn't expect them to last forever, but the swords held up fine for the party. And the 24” length makes them feel like legitimate swords in the hands (and mind) of an 8-year old. Anything smaller would have felt inauthentic to a kid, I suspect.
