I have the longer one as well for watermelons and cantaloupe and fish. But I can use this one for a heck of a lot more things then Watermelon . I carry it as a side knife in hunting season ,a kitchen knife ,and a fish knife. To name a few. It has stiffness but bend as well , but not like a fillet knife bend. I really do like it a lot. All my Uncle Henry's are value for the money. This is more of a all around carry knife than a fillet only knife. It feels like a dare you knife ,but works for everything . It's definitely worth every penny paid , and then some. Also very nice leather sheath. Trust me you will keep it a long time. If I had to buy either or I'd 100% buy this one every time. Just because it's not just for one thing only . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EXACTLY what I was looking for... you too, maybe... *by D***L on October 23, 2021* Don't laugh, but I'm not a fisherman. So, why am I writing a review for this product? Well...I was fed-up with the crap letter openers I was dealing with and thought "Hmmm... what would be the ideal (IMO) letter opener? 5-ish inch narrow blade... v-e-r-y sharp... good grip... decent weight... no foo-foo looks... I know! A good filet knife!"I scrolled through scores of them and then spotted this one. Seemed to totally fit my needs. I'm extremely pleased with it. Fits all of my requirements; right size & shape of blade, excellent weight, great looks. Plus, came with a decent sheath. Couldn't be happier. ## Frequently Bought Together - Uncle Henry 168UH Small Fillet Knife Full Tang Fixed Blade, Synthetic - Uncle Henry Next Gen 167UH Steelhead and 168UH Walleye Fixed Blade Fillet Knives with High Carbon S.S.
