Works great once you work it out- Here's how I did it
The link and app listed in the instructions to work this opener are no longer there. Other reviews say they were using MyQ and it worked great but I couldn't figure out how. Answers to my posted question helped and here's what I had to do:Download the MyQ app on my phone. I used the Craftsman but Chamberlain has one as well. Set up an account with e-mail and password.Plug up the hub to the router and power.Open the MyQ app and had the Add button if you don't automatically go to the add page.Choose the Internet Gateway to add.Enter the serial number off the back of the Craftsman Hub and hit submit at the top of the screen. It will now register your Craftsman Hub.Follow the on-screen instructions carefully to pair the hub to your garage door opener.Once that is successful I was good to go.One other thing that threw me for a while was I have to hit the open or close button twice for it to work- maybe a safety feature I guess.Hope this helps someone else and I really like the features this adds to my opener.A big shout out to the people who took the time to answer my questions about how to do this.

Works great, but instructions are dated, app options are confusing.
This connectivity hub works exactly as it should, but you need to be sure you have a compatible garage door opener. If you do, great. There are a few more hurdles to jump over.Ignore the instructions in the packaging or the Sears website. The only way to get this device to work is first register at myliftmaster.com and follow the instructions. Download the myQ application to your mobile device, and link it to your account.Follow the instructions to pair the controller to your garage door opener. Keep in mind that this device needs to be somewhat close proximity to work - it is really just an internet-connected garage door remote. It also has to be hard-wired to your home network, this is not a Wi-Fi device. Just so happens I had an ethernet port on the other side of the garage wall. No problem there.Once these criteria are met, and the device is setup, its easy to customize notifications, name the garage door, etc. via the mobile app or the web page.

Compatability
Ordered this product after checking with the compatability chart on the info site. After fighting the phone app installation guide for over an hour, it finally let me lot on. Then it would not paid with my garage door opener. Called phone number for help and after a half hour it was diagnosed with not being comparable with my opener. seller stood by the return.

Works with Chamberlain after I erased wifi settings on opener
Have 2 garage openers and 2 Chamberlain HD750WF. I tried and failed to get wifi connectivity going on either so I bought hub. Tried hub on both garage openers using myQ app with no luck. Then I erased the wifi connection i had tried to make on my network (in my case hold black adjustment button on opener until 3 beeps are heard, about 6 seconds). The hub then worked and both openers connected to it and work great.

Works for Chamberlain/Liftmaster
As was mentioned in another review, this is virtually the same as the 'Chamberlain/Liftmaster Cigbu Internet Gateway For MyQ' which is back ordered until December. The date of the unit I just got is 2018 which is likely when they stopped manufacturing these hard wired ethernet units and switched to the wireless style available today. I prefer a direct connection and since my wall mounted companion is very close I knew it would easily connect. The installation was a little buggy but then suddenly it worked and I have it send push notifications when the double door side is opened or closed. Since my garage is heated in the winter this will be very valuable to make sure it does not get left open for any length of time. I just wish I could connect my single door but it has a different manufacturer's opener...

Works great with LiftMaster at half the cost
Bought this to try with my LiftMaster MyQ opener, and it works great. When registering it in the app, it even comes up as made by Chamberlain Corp. (aka LiftMaster). As long as your opener has the MyQ logo, this should give you remote control and let you set schedules and notifications. I'm very pleased with the ease of setup, solid performance, and a much more reasonable price than the LiftMaster branded unit.

Absolutely fantastic product and well built app support
This was super easy to install and have added tremendous ease to our lives. I would highly recommend this. We all have iOS at home and never any issues. Can’t speak to android use. Gives us precise times of open and close of our garage door as well as how long it has been open. You can set schedules on the app as well. I think the app is well built and very helpful with ease to use. I’d recommend this 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

Seems to be the same as the 828LM Internet Gateway
For all intents and purposes, this seems to be the same as the liftmaster 828LM gateway but for half the price. Literally, the only difference appears to be the branding on the device. The instructions are dated like other reviewers say, but this works with the MyQ software.
