I contacted the seller but he did not provide a good or at least a meaningful reply.Edit: I have ordered the replacement for this three times and still could not get a working product even a single time. My only advice to all the customers is that don't ever purchase this burner, I am repeating don't ever. Never purchase this. I have never written any review thinking that sometimes it happens by mistake from the seller and sends a wrong/defective product but this seller is just fooling us.Even if the seller gives you this burner for FREE, NEVER TAKE THIS. NEVER EVER PURCHASE THIS. If you don't get any other burner online, no worries, purchase it from somewhere else or if required, pass your life without a gas burner, but NEVER PURCHASE THIS ONE.I have ordered 3 replacements consecutively and still could not get a single good product.
