### ⭐⭐⭐ same as other brass valves, but longer.

EZ FLO literally means nothing... the opening is just as big as my old one... I was looking for something that would help with routine cleaning and if you are this is not what you want.It is in fact a nice extension and longer than my old one though hence the 3 stars.one other note is the screw is loose on mine, I'm sure you can tighten it and I have in fact with my fingers though I am not sure if there is a purpose to this or if tightening it down could possibly damage something or make it malfunction sooner.  Just  buyer beware I guess its not a problem(to me) but something you won't see in the description

the original plastic drain started leaking after a flush.  when replacing i found out why. it has a tiny hold in the petcock to let the water out. this  brass one is a full flow 3/4 inch.  installed and  flushed. i cant believe  the amount of crud it got out when we flushed. honestly every water heater with a plastic one should  get replaced with one of these.,

The original plastic drain valve is not for long term use for a properly-maintained water heater.  This is a real valve.  Worked great on my AO Smith FPSE 236 50-gallon.
