Although the case is included in the picture, it is not included with the cue. I contacted the seller and was told that it was option four on the ordering process, however this cue and case has popped up in my 'suggested items' several times and the picture always shows the case. I bought it as a gift for someone and was so embarrassed when it finally turned up that I purchased something else and donated the cue to my local pub. I guess as cues go it's fine, as gift ideas go, spend more and hopefully you'll get a better present.
