A: I had to drill quite a few holes myself, and buy more of my own so they probably forgot to do it

A: They are chipboard and gloss coating is probably plastic. I've had mine over a year now and am very happy with my purchase!

A: From what I've seen I would guess so. I've only come across the three and four door versions with mirrors in this company's range available on amazon. Hope this helps.
