Beech on one side and Cherry on the other wood veneer sheet 24" x 48" (1/20th" 2 ply). "A" grade quality (based on figuring/flake). Approximate 1/20th" total thickness. Most veneers will darken some and be much prettier when finished and the depth of the grain comes out. As pictured. Has some memory to it due to thickness. higher for same reason. How to cut : generally cut with a razor knife or similar tools and some type of straight edge. How to apply : Paper-backed and wood-backed veneers are generally applied with contact cement. Raw plain veneer is applied with white or yellow wood glue and must have pressure applied while drying.
