Once you master the fitting and replacing of the blade this blade is an excellent replacement that will help to keep my Black+Decker KS890ECN going for some time to come. Please note that fitting/changing the blade is quite easy if you read the instructions and use a screwdriver to rotate the retaining blade pin. If having trouble then YouTube can help. The saw and the ability to replace the blade so easily make them both one of my better purchases and I highly recommend both. Truly they jointly live up to their description and product claims - 10/10 value for money in my experience. Recent use clearing some trees in the garden was made so much easier with the saw and this blade and I continue to be happy with the ability to tackle some fairly large diameter branches/trunks - it will depend upon the actual tree and wood hardness of course.
