So on high, it provides plenty of light! **Q: Can this be used in the rain? I see the on/off knob pretty exposed, does the knob hole collect water? Thanks** A: I have never used the lantern in the rain. However, all of the knobs are on the top. It would not be a good idea to try it in the rain. **Q: I’m trying to find a light I can use in my tent that won’t blind me.
