That said, it's really good paper, and pairs well with my fountain pen. I have no problem writing on both sides of the page. Just keep in mind that Basildon Bond comes in British sizes, so you'll need British envelopes as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A quality product! *by V***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on April 6, 2021* I wasn't sure what to expect but this writing paper has exceeded my hopes: the paper is absolutely perfect for fountain pens (no doubt therefore also fine for ballpoint pens), so smooth that the pen just glides over the page. It's much more opaque than expected too - I didn't bother using both sides but I probably could have done. No problem with the ink soaking in or blots either. I will definitely be buying more when these 2 pads have been used up.
