(and you also have to consider by looking at things like this everyone's body is different and will react to a product if different ways) you know. so i did have some wight loss like i said and a boost in energy and stamina. if i could afford to stay on it longer i would. but being on a tight budget i honestly can say if u have the money to invest in something i would recommend this product and i hope this helps you on buying it. and i hope you have a happy and healthy life. blessings. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Raspberry Ketones work! *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 31, 2012* I've been using this product for over a month now and it has worked! When I first started this product, within the first two weeks, I lost eight pounds; however I love to eat and I usually gain tons of weight over the November/December holidays. This year, I was able to maintain my weight with this product even while eating the junk foods I normally do. I did not lose any more weight, but was able to maintain the weight I lost before the holidays. I want to lose weight and so I plan on cutting out the junk in the new year and I am certain my weight will continue to plummet. ### ⭐ I was misguided. Label showed online that it was GMP certified pure raspberry ketones and received item No GMP label on Label *by B***L on Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2013* The only reason I gave this a ONE star is because the item Clearly showed in the ad that it was GMP certified and when I received the item there was NO GMP certification on the label of the item I got. Clearly misleading. Maybe that picture will disappear now not sure. But, I asked to return the item and I have just sent it off after receiving the item yesterday. I clearly stated this as I do not want a product I purchased to be different that I specifically wanted. I made sure to look for The GMP seal of approval and purity. Thanks Amazon for allowing me to return the item for refund. Everything was shipped promptly just wish the item had been as it stated (with the picture of the GMP seal) on the label.
