I haven't had a big tear or blister since using underneath my leather bear komplex grips (note: I think it's important to use both. Neither seem to work 100% on their own for T2B, pull-ups, etc. but work really well together). Only minor issue is that the grips do slide and bunch up on my palms over time but not enough to be a big issue. I recommend applying with the glue 10-15 minutes before you get sweaty and/or start working out. Any time I don't wait, they slide around quite a bit. Also, be warned, if you use the glue, you will be left with a wild, sticky, black mess on your hands- easily removed with oil though.
