The description is pretty straightforward, minus any good info on the child's height maximum. My son is approximately 51" tall, legs 22 and 1/2" long. His legs barely fit with the legs extended all the way out. For a temporary use, this wheelchair is good. But if you are looking for a longer term use for a taller child, you will need to upgrade to a teen sized chair.As for the quality, it is very good. The wheelchair is super smooth. I read some complaints about the handles and security of the leg rests. The handles seem to be tight, but as with all nut type tightening systems, they will wear out or loosen over time. The foot rests seem to be fine. It holds my son's whole leg cast with little to no movement. The entire wheelchair is very solid and nice looking. Kind of sporty looking compared to other brands. There is a thin pocket in back to keep small items and the arms fold up to give a less restrictive load and unload.Delivery was very fast, but I chose a seller from the Amazon list that was closer. I received mine in 2 days. I needed it quickly and am extremely pleased with this product. Definitely worth every penny. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect first wheelchair. The seat is bigger than what he measured, but we wanted him to have some wiggle room, and I think this was a good decision. It has a 14" wide wipeable seat (with seat belt), detachable leg rests, adjustable handles and smooth-maneuvering wheels. The top of the chair only comes up to my thigh, a short little thing. My son is learning quickly how to wheel himself around and I feel very comfortable putting him in this chair. It is sturdy, folds up easily, doesn't weigh too much and is very comfortable. We ordered it after our 5 yr old son broke his femur and was confined to a wheelchair for a month. We ran into multiple issues with our local medical supply store and decided to just buy one, as it seems pediatric wheelchairs are hard to come by if you're trying to rent. We cannot say enough good things about this product! Within a few hours he was pushing himself and maneuvering his way around. It gave him some independence and us some freedom. It runs very smoothly, and is really a great size. The hand grips extend upward, so your not leaning over to far to push it. My husband contacted Medline to see if there was any way they could get it to us sooner than a week and it showed up two days later.
