Great customer service, too! *by D***. on February 4, 2019* I've been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years. In the past have gotten the low end $$$ priced aids. I just bought two of the BLJ Hearing Amplifiers. I do get a bit of feedback at times, but I am keeping them because of the great sound quality. They are a true bargain at the price I paid. I have had a moderate hearing loss since I was a child. I've used many pairs of fitted hearing aids over the years and they too, sometimes produce feedback. Even with the slight feedback at times, they are well worth the purchase. My speech recognition has improved tremendously. The sound is as clear a bell. No distortion.---UPDATE....I believe my feedback problem was because I was using the small, bell-shaped domes. I thought these were the right ones for me. I even requested some additional domes and the seller quickly replied and sent them to me. But I now am using the large dome. With the small dome I was pushing the amplifier too far into my ear. I was getting some feedback. I tried the large dome and did NOT push it quite as far into my ear, and it was very comfortable, PLUS, there is practically NO feedback. I was able to turn the volume up louder, too. This worked for me...maybe this will help someone. I still say, these have super clear sound with no distortion.---ANOTHER UPDATE....There are 3 "programs" to select. I had been using the first program, which amplifies the higher frequencies. I have since switched to the second (middle) program. It has a little less of the highs and has more of the mid-range. I find this program produces LESS feedback for me, and I can put the volume up one step higher without feedback. It produces a fuller sound. Again, you just have to try these and see what works for you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The REAL DEAL and WHAT SERVICE!!! *by P***I on January 4, 2019* Had tried a cheaper version of this (different seller)... it didn't have selectable EQ or the push-button volume control...Sent IT back...Gonna KEEP THIS ONE... The BLJAm a Pro Musician, so my hearing IS very important to me...Last night was the first time I used it on stage... It was perfect... didn't distort (like the cheaper one)... in fact, it's like I don't even have it in my ear (have gone to bed with it in my ear and discovered when my head hit the pillow...lol).The only thing I modified was the small dome earplug... I cut off the flange and now it is SUPER comfortable (see picture).This is GREAT... and the REAL DEAL...As of March 2019... went to the small open-air dome... even MORE comfortable... so comfortable that I forget it's in my ear...********************************************************************************************************************WHAT SERVICE...I had a couple of the aids that stopped working correctly...Contacted BLJ-Flagship through Amazon and was immediately sent replacements...As I said before... they WORK so well... and combine that with Customer Service... you really can't go wrong PLUS you can save at least a THOUSAND+ dollars... the BIG PLUS.. selectable EQ... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality product at a super price! Like it a lot *by Y***E on January 9, 2019* Since I was unable to afford the cost of conventional hearing aid, I decide to try this one on Amazon. It is very good and as adjustable as needed for volume control. Now, I can hear the voices of my family, my dogs and the birds more clearly. Watching television has greatly improved. Volume on the TV went from a 35 down to a 20-22 on the volume control.These are great so far, very happy to hear things I’ve been missing!
