This is the only flashlight I will ever spend good money on because Nite Ize paid for return shipping and replaced- not repair - my old one FREE of charge with the newer brighter model. Now I have two. Having a flashlight that will last that long without having to buy batteries is worth more than the price of the light. Think about how much you'll spend on batteries in 5 or 10 years for one flashlight that you use regularly. If you can find one that will last ten years. This light will not disappoint,it is very durable,bright and reliable. This one hardly ever needs to be recharged, works for months on a charge. I work nights, so it gets used a lot. No as bright as some but I can depend on it. Reason I'm planning on buying a second one is due to how long it stays charged, I miss placed the charger. I did have it Velcro'ed to dash of my vehicle and miss laid it or something. The other one I compared it to has to live on a charger and be switched out every use.
