The Allen-style key my optic came with was rounding, so before I had to do more invasive surgery, I picked this tool up. It made all the difference - no slippage in the screw head and a good, tight fit that allowed me to press down hard and turn at the same time, thus backing out the offending screw. The tool is very solidly built and the keys appear to be of a pretty high quality material. No rounding of any kind.
