It was great to have the full set to be able to do cupping anytime at home. However, it's not super manageable. If you are just one person, it's not a knock against a product. It's just how you're supposed to use it. Aunt, the additional tube helps to get certain areas by yourself, but just note that you really should have someone apply the cups in certain areas when you're laying flat or else your skin will pull once you start to move.
