She told me to ditch the thin regular floss and use an expanding one instead. Glad I listened. The floss starts thin so it slides between tight teeth easily, then expands once it's in the gap. It grabs way more plaque and debris than the old thin stuff ever did. Feels like twice the clean.Once I looked into what's in most regular floss I didn't want to go back anyway. A lot of the mainstream brands are coated with microplastics and PFA. This one is PFA free which matters when you're dragging something across your gums twice a day.The woven texture is gentle on my gums which is important since mine were already irritated. No snapping or cutting into the gum line.
