Not cheap sarang! But very elegant sound transparent stuff. **Q: I need to recover some ceiling speakers with fabric, any ideas on how to make this work ? thanks** A: Contact cement on the tucked-in edge of the stripped grill. Trim aroun so it will not touch the driver's suspension. This cloth is thick. Tricky to work with. I used it on BOSE 901-3. Elegant. **Q: Will this cloth allow infrared beam to pass through?** A: I going to guess that the weave is open enough that IR controls may work through it, but maybe only if it's a straight-on shot. Not sure how IR at an angle through this cloth would be. An alternative would be to use an RF control in place of the IR control. **Q: What would be the best product to glue/stick this down to a large board with several speakers mounted within the perimeter? Contact cement?** A: Contact cement works well. Make sure you iron the fabric thoroughly before installation. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/154971620-speaker-grill-cloth-stereo-grill-mesh-fabric-speaker-mesh-cloth](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/154971620-speaker-grill-cloth-stereo-grill-mesh-fabric-speaker-mesh-cloth) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
