It does not collapse when draped over the edge of the hot tub. It is easily attached to the pump with a plastic clamp and thumb screw. It pumped almost all the water out of the hot tub and was very fast. I love that it's lightweight, however, it pumps so hard that it tends to flip on its side, which is a bit of a problem when the water level gets low. I had to hold it in place toward the end, but that's okay. With that said, I wish I had found this one before spending four times as much for a dud of a pump. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great *by G***O on December 4, 2024* Worked great for drawing the kids pool. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stop reading and just order it *by D***K on March 9, 2023* I was skeptical at first because my pool had gone months being left alone… it was full of leaves and algae. I skimmed it for about an hour getting as much debris out as I could and dropped this bad boy in. It took about 6-7 hours total to drain. As it drained I continued to skim the leaves out. The pictures speak for themselves. Once the device was dry, I took it apart to clean it and now it’s ready for the next time I need it! Totally worth it. My pool is 4ft high and 15ft across. ## Frequently Bought Together - Bestway Flowclear Pool & Drain Pump - XJJ Swimming Pool Drain Fitting Connects Fit for Coleman Pools,ID1.5-inch Connect To The Bottom Of The Pool, OD1.0-inch.Internal Thread 3/4-inch Connect To The Garden Pipe --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/15489653-bestway-flowclear-pool-drain-pump-drains-up-to-800-gal](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/15489653-bestway-flowclear-pool-drain-pump-drains-up-to-800-gal) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
