Taste great. *by K***6 on Reviewed in the United States on May 27, 2019* OK, yes, these are not cheap. However, the chocolate mint and almond really taste good. The almond does have a bit of a coconut flavor which I like, but I don’t notice this with the chocolate mint. The best part, however, is my blood response, or lack of it. I am LADA/diabetic 1.5, not on insulin yet, and eat mostly Keto to hopefully stay that way as long as possible. My blood glucose is very sensitive to both carbs and proteins.2 hrs ago I ate one of the chocolate mint bars (5 carbs). My blood glucose at that time was 109. 1 hr later it was 105 on my CGM. At the 2 hr Mark, I was a whopping 114 on the CGM which, when recalibrated, became 106. Conclusion, these bars do not spike glucose in someone with lousy insulin production and are therefore worth their cost for an occasional indulgent treat I did not have to make myself. Did I mention they are delicious and surprisingly filling? Will need to try the chocolate raspberry with my next order. Would be nice if they offered a variety pack. Hint. Hint ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious. Bit high on net carbs but it's a good bar. Keep in Fridge. *by U***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2019* I give it 5 stars on taste but had to drop to 4 overall due to higher than desired net carbs (5) for keto. Also, i question the use of rice flour. That's NOT a keto approved ingredient. Keep these bars in the refrigerator as they have low melting point. Crunchy and satisfying, not too sweet. ### ⭐ Huge disappointment *by L***I on Reviewed in the United States on May 21, 2019* I wanted these to supplement my keto WOE for something to have in my desk when I needed a snack. These are just awful, and for what they cost, ridiculous. I am not sure what the other reviewers are reviewing, but I don't know how it could be these. I got the chocolate mint, they were crumbly and you can tell that the bars are broken up into 3-4 chunks in the packaging. Tried one today, they have a faint mint flavor and some other odd flavor that I couldn't place. I am so disappointed about wasting my money on these. Yuck. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/154828071-keto-krisp-keto-bars-low-carb-low-sugar-6-pack](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/154828071-keto-krisp-keto-bars-low-carb-low-sugar-6-pack) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
