I had to contact Asurion because I had no clue how to access it, and I had accidentally deleted the confirmation email. They very quickly provided all the information I needed to file a claim, which I did through desertcart via a link Asurion gave me. Literally 10 minutes later I had an email with directions for claiming an desertcart gift card refund for the entire purchase price (minus tax). I was actually hoping they would offer to fix the thing, because now I still have it but can’t use it, and I can’t use the money to purchase another one unless I get it from desertcart. But that’s neither here nor there.
