When I order new strapping, i will be sure to get the right core size... ### ⭐ doesn't work right *by T***I on March 11, 2021* As you can see the rollers don't even go all the way to the left. When you run the strapping thru it the feeding wheel the wheel is not the full width so it allows the strapping to the side and then off the rollers. At that point you can't get it back. The overall mechanism does not move to go with the unspooling. It does not really move at all. Perhaps there is a fix but it wasn't covered in the instructions or on the website. Also it arrived with a big dent on the tool box which wasn't a big deal since it is for the warehouse. . Sadly I'm not going to hassle with the return. I'll deal with it as is. Need it for a ton of work and can't handle the process and wait for a corrected one. If that is even possible. I'm pretty sure this is a design issue. I hope the company proves me wrong and offers up some "how to" help.
