This looked pretty nice and was indeed a nice looking band when it arrived. The problem with it however is that it may have been too thick and was generally a bad fit for me. This led to the fit bit not making constant contact with my wrist. I started to notice that after walking with my wife, her fit bit registered 10,000 steps and mine was only at like 4,000. I started noticing that my heart rate was blank a lot of the time I when I would look to my fit bit tocheck it. I fixed the loop on my old band and started using that one again and the fitbit was working correctly once again. It is a shame. I used the band for only a few weeks and it now sits, unusable, in my jewelry box.I changed the rating to a 4 star because the customer service to fix my situation was outstanding. I worked with Joan and the company sent me 2 new different bands that are working out much better. I have only worn it for a few days, but it is a million times more comfortable and lighter weight than the silicone bands that ship with the fitbit. The interior of this band is not fabric or canvas - it is a coated dark vinyl, but a thin layer. Just want to point that out since I thought it might be a softer fabric on the interior. It still is comfortable, though I would have preferred a more breathable material.
