Compared to the probe that came with my ChefAlarm (Pro-Series High Temp Cooking Probe TX-1001X-OP), these read 1 degree lower at 80 degrees Fahrenheit , and 2-3 degrees lower at 200 degrees Fahrenheit. For me, this wasn't a deal breaker, especially since these two probes were cheaper than a single Thermoworks temp probe.
