Review: I am still looking for the elusive pistachio as I remember it - and I can't imagine it being from Cali - those can be good but n - I remember Turkish pistachios as the creme de la creme of the nut - used to be 50 years ago they all came from there. Recently, though I am willing to pay the extra $$ for them, they just don't cut if for flavor or freshness. bought a 10 pack of their unsalted antep pistachios and they are excellent....unsalted anteps are hard to find...one other company i am aware of offers them and they are much more expensive.... i`ll be back for more...hope this company does well...they do an excellent job and they product is premium...

I am still looking for the elusive pistachio as I remember it - and I can't imagine it being from Cali - those can be good but never possessing the flavor of a good Turkish. These were ok - I will keep looking. Even a less than stellar pistachio is a lovely thing.
