        			Nitrogen charging kit with regulator, rubber/stainless steel hose and no-loss chuck. (The MAX output of this kit is 500PSI delivery pressure). The regulator is a TT500 and has a 4000PSI tank gauge, and a 600PSI output gauge. The tank supply nipple is CGA-580. The braided stainless steel 8 foot hose is Teflon lined and is rated to 3000PSI, and the high-pressure rubber hose is rated to 3250PSI (choose which hose type you want in the drop-down). Either type hose has female swivels on each end. Each line has a no-loss chuck body that is nickel plated brass, and the rest of the chuck is 100% solid stainless steel and is mounted to a swivel fitting that rotates 360* to get into any position without twisting or kinking the hose. The fill tool assembly has a secondary 0-600PSI gauge, with bleeder valve for fine tuning pressure on each line and is detachable from the regulator via a swivel fitting for easy storage or transport. The no-loss chucks open and close the Schrader valve stems under pressure via the small “T†handle. This allows precise and repeatable setting of Nitrogen pressures for all types of struts, shocks, accumulators, and nitrogen chambers that use a Schrader style fill port. The no-loss chucks seal to the Schraders via internal crush washers. Proudly Made in America.
