Other than the blue lights on my device not working at all, it has significant design flaws.1. As another reviewer stated, the plug is not right. It looks like a child tried to remember what a plug looks like and it doesn't stay in well.2. It has a crown-style attachment to stay on your head; this prevents a decent part of your forehead from getting access to the light.3. The crown-style attachment is adjusted via a large knob in the back; this makes it tough to lay down. You have to sit up, not able to see anything or do anything for the entire run time.4. You can't sanitize this. All other masks I've seen instruct you to swab it with alcohol to clean it before use; not this one. It specifically says not to use alcohol. In fact, it says only to use a clean, dry cloth. That's it. Not that I expect my face to be touching the surface but from handling and just sitting out it will collect some sort of germs/bacteria and I'm not comfortable with the thought of not being able to take care of that once in a while.I'm returning this and ordering a different style that can be cleaned, doesn't cover my forehead, and hopefully has all working lights. ### ⭐ Cheap and plug not made specifically for USA sockets *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 9, 2020* Cheap! Plug does not stay in socket - it does not look like the plug is made for U.S. wall sockets specially so it is flimsy and doesn’t stay in. It often doesn’t work and you have to wait a while to try it again. I’ve owned other LED masks in the past and by far this is the biggest disappointment/waste of money. I am bummed that I threw away all of the packaging before discovering this. This unit came with goggles to protect the eyes. The only reason I took a star off is because the crown that holds the mask on your head is somewhat awkward.
