## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this a flat pillow or a high pillow. I like to sleep on a flat pillow**
A: It looks a bit high but once you put your head on it it will be flat. Very small -- good for plane travel. I would not use it for a full nights' sleep.

**Q: is this pillow good for traveling on the plane? or would a neck pillow work better?**
A: Depends on how much support you prefer. If you sleep with soft pillows or don't need a lot of firmness while you rest, this one is nice. I use a satin pillow cover and like it because it's small, soft and packs light, you can roll it up and fit in tight spaces if need be. For more restriction and support, I'd probably lean toward a neck pillow for planes.

**Q: How do you wash this pillow?**
A: I have only used the pillow twice so I haven’t washed it. But I love this pillow!! Slept like a baby from Boston to New Zealand.

**Q: Is there a pillow case for this size pillow? If you have one, where is it sold?**
A: I purchased a pillow case on Amazon that fit the Indulgance travel pillow:
NTBAY 2 Pack Microfiber Zippered Toddler Pillowcases, Travel Pillow Covers, 13 x 18 Inches
