Consider one poster as Vol 1 and the other Vol 2. The a and b sides are only different by orientation meaning they have the same examples in either landscape or portrait orientation. The two posters are not identical. **Q: Can u just hang upside down with this?** A: I would not. I don't think its designed for that. Your intended use seems very dangerous. If you want to hang upside down you should buy one of those products specifically designed for that purpose. Whatever you do, make sure the TRX is VERY SECURELY attached. **Q: do these charts tell you how to adjust the straps for each exercise?** A: No, it does not show how the long the straps should be. It would be depend on your particular installation of your suspension straps. **Q: There are different exercises on all 4 sides of these posters. How do you decide which ones to display????** A: Hi Leah, I found this set comes with Volume 1 and Volume 2 giving verity and flexibility to ones work outs. Notice that each side is categorized for muscle group (if one wants to focus on an area) and also includes four full body workouts. So, One might do a full body workout maybe 3 times a week and rotate to one of the four alternates every couple months for verity. Another way to look at it might be working a different individual muscle group say M, T, off, Th, Fri rotating through the 4 different groups for verity. Each poster is two sided but the flip side contains the same exercises - one side is horizontal display and the other side is vertical.
