There's a typo saying add 203 oz Water, it's 2-3 oz (2 - 3 tbls). I've never gotten past Frustration when trying to use a cookie press (power too) so I was Amazed to actually cook and eat the cookies this time. I have tendonitis in right hand and arthritis there too and I was totally expecting to send this back since all the reviews seem to be from lucky folks that got a $ break for giving a review but Amazon's great about returns and this isn't expensive so I got it. My hubby took the video and he didn't get in shot showing that I was pressing down the lever with two fingers! I had a sling on my right arm because of shoulder surgery recently so I had Three gimpy issues and Still it was easy as eating pie. Making it can actually be tricky. All I need to do is practice and after using every disc because it was great fun I was already making them thicker by just tipping one edge of the press a tiny bit off the sheet. Best I can do with one hand, the left one at that.
