This bag holds my Spectra pump, nursing cover and a few small items in the main compartment. In the bottom I store my cooler packs (not included), breastmilk bags (i pump directly into a bag using the Kinde system) and the pump flanges to keep them cool so I don't have to wash them after each pumping session while at work. I've been back at work for 2 weeks and it seems to be working well. If I pumped directly into bottles, I could see how it would be tight to fit all those bottles in the bottom cooler portion.
