(Waffles, that is) *by on Reviewed in the United States August 18, 2020* I was extremely happy to find Waffle Pantry's products on Amazon. Originally, I intended to only buy their pearl sugar. After trying to locate yeast, I changed my plan and purchased this kit. Very happy I did.The directions on the mix package were short, sweet and to the point. No kneading time was listed so I fell back on previous experience and used my stand mixer, with dough hook, on 2 for 6 minutes. Then oiled the resulting sticky dough and let it rise in my electric pressure cooker (yogurt setting) on low, for an hour. Punched it down, added the sugar, folded in, divided and let it rest in the cooker (off) for another 15 minutes.Rather that cook my waffles one at a time, in the center of the oiled iron, I opted to cook two at a shot. 2 1/2 minutes was long enough to cook through but did make them a bit dark, especially where the sugar pearls melted. Cleaning in between cooks was crucial!Happy to have a supply baked up for breakfast all week long. Have been reheating for a couple of minutes in my air fryer.
