Depending on the material used blanks are not needed in the card slots but some leather is not as stretchy as others and between using a bone folder and inserting one of these cards it does the trick. These are also printable so if you like to put coupons or discount codes in items for customers this will do the trick also. So 30 mils means a thickness of .030 inches. **Q: Will these work with zebra p420i printer? i didnt see it in the compatible printer list.** A: We use these id cards with a p330i and now on the zebra series 7 printer and they have worked for both models for us.
