Review: Curved piping tip for more realistic looking buttercream rose - I purchased this curved rose pasty tip after watching an instructional video on how to make an English Rose cupcake (the top of the cupcake is covered with a single large rose). The instructor specifically recommended this tip. I have been cake decorating for many years & know that the Ateco company makes high quality piping tips, so I was willing to pay for the quality. This particular tip does not seem to be commonly available I suppose because most people just chose the tips that are not rounded to make roses, but I felt that this curved tip made a more realistic looking rose.
