## Description

The DEWALT DCF889HM2 20v MAX* Lithium Ion 1/2-inch Impact Wrench features a hog ring anvil for quick & easily change sockets. It boasts of 300 ft-lbs of maximum torque to perform a wide range of heavy-duty fastening applications. The XR™ Li-Ion batteries with fuel gauge provide 33% more capacity over standard packs. This unit has a variable speed trigger with electric brake that provides user improved control. Also, the LED light provides user greater visibility when working in dark environments. It is enhanced with a durable magnesium gear case and all metal transmission for extended durability. Applications include: Driving and removing fasteners in wood, metal or concrete along with fastening and removing nuts and bolts. Includes a Fast Charger, (2) DCB204: 20V* MAX SR Premium Li-Ion Batteries (4.0 Ah), and Kit Bag. (*Maximum initial battery voltage - measured without a workload - is 20 volts. Review: Really good, would recommend - The coolest thing in my tool room. Very powerful, great battery life. I use it for things I probably shouldn't because it has the power to tighten bolts until they break. I bought it for a couple of campers we have to lower the stabilizers. A few are very difficult with the hand tool but this thing takes all of the work out.
Review: This Wrench Wow'd Me! - This arrived the day before writing this. I have used many pneumatic tools over the years and this was life changing. Yesterday, straight out of the box with no additional charge I took this out to my 22 year old jeep with original suspension and easily took it apart. No bolt or nut was any match for this. I read a lot on the DCF880 model rated at 150 ft-lbs and opted for this due to the extra oomph of 400 ft-lbs. It was a steal at under $300 including a carry bag, two batteries, and the charger. When I'm not tearing into my jeep I do construction and use a variety of Dewalt tools. They have always provided quality products over the years. Btw, I was able to take hours off of the new suspension upgrade thanks to this tool.

The coolest thing in my tool room. Very powerful, great battery life. I use it for things I probably shouldn't because it has the power to tighten bolts until they break. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oh baby, BABY!! I'm in love!!

This is one serious tool. When it first arrived, I tried to use it without a fully charged battery and a regular 7/8" socket on one of my truck's lug nuts. Not a good idea! The combination of a 3" extension and shallow socket not only didn't remove the nut, but the extension dented the top of it. Oops....mental note - deep sockets for lug nuts! A couple hours of patience for the impact sockets I ordered to arrive and a fully charged battery, and I was in business. WOW! This tool has serious torque! It zipped off every lug nut after no more than a second or so of ratcheting. As a test, I replaced the nuts and torqued them down with a wrench to 135 lb-ft as specified by the manufacturer. Once again, not a problem, the DCF889HM2 took them off without breaking a sweat. I really like the hog ring feature and it seems to me the sockets and extensions are held quite firmly. The LED light and dual batteries with "fuel gauge" to indicate the charge level are icing on the cake. If you're considering an impact wrench, I don't see how you can go wrong with this one.
