Most other machines look like a thermos or carafe or coffee maker. I was super surprised at how big it was though! Wasn't expecting this machine to be nearly the size of my bread machine! Still works for me though because the output is large which we needed for this family of 5. Perhaps the best part about this machine (besides it's ease of use) is how much stuff comes with it! I was unaware that it would come with an okara strainer, complete tofu mold including cheesecloth, SEVERAL packets of tofu coagulant, bean measuring scoop, and wooden spatula! Also comes with very simple directions written in what I presume to be Korean in the first half and actual American English in the second half of the manual!
