It does a nice job while out on the water. We've also taken it on shoet bike tours. We put our drinks in it and one giant cup of ice from quick trip and we have a nice cold drink when we stop for the night. Well built, useful. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable to carry, brilliant at keeping things cool *by W***G on March 13, 2025* Used this bag in combo with cooler shock packs to carry refrigerated meds on long haul flight. The two together were marvelous. 18 hours later (in 90 degree temps), and meds were still cold! Backpack straps are incredibly comfortable--wasn't expecting this. They're actually well designed and make it easy to carry the load. Ability to inflate for additional layer of insulation is great; whether or not it helps with cold retention (I think it did), it helps provide structure and protect contents from being knocked over too easily. SO happy with this purchase. In addition to travels via air, this bag will now be a go-to for hikes and camping. Highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic product and outstanding customer service *by R***L on July 22, 2022* I purchased the 15 L devoe 3.0 this spring. I have purchased a few ice mule products in the past but ended up returning them for one reason or another. I was so excited when this one arrived. I love the backpack style. It’s not so big that you have to dive into it to get to the bottom. It keeps ice cold and frozen all day long. I fill it with ice, drinks and food then top it off with A couple of cooler shock lunch size reusable ice packs. It holds more than enough for a day at the beach with my husband, a road trip or out on the boat. Temperatures have been in the high 90s and low 100s and my little cooler always performs for me. I love that I can also add a little air to it and it not only floats it also adds extra insulation. The zipper pocket on the outside will hold keys and my iPhone 11 Pro. I’ve never had water leak into it. I’m so happy with this purchase. It’s also easy to travel with. It rolls up and it’s super easy to pack. I suppose you could put items in it and use it as a carry-on if you’re going to some tropical island. I also Love that it doesn’t take up tons of room to store it as do all of the other hard sided ice chests we own. I called customer support because I thought this cooler came with a strap to secure it when it’s rolled up. The customer service rep said mine didn’t come with a strap but he would be happy to send me one… at no charge! It arrived in just a few days. I have friends that have had ice mules for years and have had great customer service experiences. I would not hesitate to buy this again or give it as a gift. The colors are fun but it is such a practical cooler I can’t imagine not having one.
