Right off the bat, I didn't understand one not being able to untangle them. That's something that may normally happen in shipping and also in a strong wind. I'm not even sure it took a whole 30 seconds to untangle mine. But the reviews that stated they don't hang straight is something that did cause me to pause over this purchase. I really am baffled that any adult would write this. It was obvious as I held it up by my finger, there was a ball on top of the chime that you can adjust, (by sliding up and down) to where it hangs straight. Near as I can figure they just changed their mind about purchasing the chimes. As for me, I'm extremely pleased with the chimes.
