I have also found that out of all the fresh mozzarella I have purchased, this melts the best and does the best job making homemade pizza in our pizza oven!

Bottom Line: Absolutely Delicious, Would recommend this Sliced version time and again, it should be moist in its own milk so if it isn't it's past it's prime which isn't the same as use by date or sell by date as it wouldn't cause any problems just wont be as it should be experienced so make sure it's very moist when you open it with drops of white milk water in the packaging. Enjoy!!

The cheese itself usually has a very good flavor, even if it is a bit on the salty side. I like that this cheese has a fantastic texture and always seems fresh. Since it is always high quality, it is a great value, especially since it is on sale regularly.
