Use your toner, gently pat it into your skin. Apply mask starting around the nose/eyes and let it sit from 10-20 minutes depending on the mask/personal needs. Remove mask and gently, yet firmly, pat face to maximize absorption and blood flow. Apply one or two serums, patting into your skin again. Use your moisturizer. At night you can add an overnight mask (it’s usually a type of serum). Day time use sunscreen. That’s the entire skincare method Koreans use. I have recently started this-I only do the masks at night because of time-but my skin has never felt, or looked, better. I am an adult acne sufferer and this has been the BIGGEST help. **Q: Is it plant-based?** A: You can google the ingredients. According to the packet, the collagen is plant based. This product does contain parabens.
