So I decided to try a posture correction brace for work. Boy, am I glad I did! Just one day of wearing this has already alleviated my back pain. I almost don't want to take it off, lol. It's like someone hugging you very firmly around your mid back and pulling your shoulders back. That feels sooo good. I highly recommend this to anyone that does a lot of computer work. It's ten times better than just using an ergonomic chair or seat cushion. I don't know how effective the others are that might be more comfortable. I got the small because my torso is very small compared to other people. I had to add the extender. I would suggest ordering a size larger than you might think. My massage therapist recommended that I get a product like this because a rotator cuff injury was causing pain and my shoulder was folding forward. I thought it was just to improve my posture. After about a month, I realized that my pain was gone and I could sleep on my side again. I was able to stop taking an anti-inflammatory at night. I just got my height measured and I am 1/2 inch taller. It is amazing to me because I had accepted that I would always be in pain because 3 of the 4 rotator cuff tendons are completely torn.
