My only complaint was with the film covering the on/off button which sometimes made the fingerprint recognition unreliable. Since I don't plan to use my phone underwater, I removed the film. I take my phone with me when I go running, so the case protects against rain and perspiration. I loop the included lanyard around my wrist when running to prevent accidental drops. Comes with the terrain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good Case With Slight Problems *by N***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 23, 2020* The good:Waterproof, high clarity on both the screen protector and camera cover, nice appearance, phone calls seem to work fine as long as they aren't on speakerphone, can still hear all speakers fine, buttons are fine to press, the whole phone is covered.The bad:Camera flash causes the pictures to wash out to the point where they aren't even useful, speakerphone has a bad echo that only the other person can hear, ports are very hard to open (hopefully they'll loosen a little over time), fingerprint sensor requires a little harder of a push to work (I had to re-fingerprint myself for it to work at all).It works for my needs.
