The hydraulic mechanism that keeps the back of the chair up isn't strong enough, so I can't even lean back without it going into full recline mode. The seat is decent but still very basic. Overall, I feel tricked. They deleted all the 1 star reviews that were there the other day, so this probably won't be up long. NONE of the 5 star reviews are "Verified Purchase". I had one issue that I had to fix but overall it's a great buy! My parents tried it out and now they want one too! I didn't really need the pillow so I attached it right above the lumbar cushion and doubled the back support. The foot rest is pretty solid to rest your feet on. Im 5'6"" and it was perfect.
