In fact it arrived filthy! The coffee holder had remnants of coffee grounds, the machine had drips of previous owners coffee drippings everywhere. Package was perfectly fine so I’m disappointed if this was actually missed during quality control. Couldn’t even use it and I was so excited. Be careful on renewed products! Everything else was okay though. Coffee stains and water stains all over the product, and it was apparent that a poor attempt at cleaning before resale was made. Initially there seems to be no difference between this glass carafe/burner and any other.
